Cancelling your subscription

If you want to cancel, email aibusinessbuddy.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account.

Include your account email address and the date you'd like the cancellation to take effect. We confirm by reply within 2 working days.

After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. No further debit orders will be taken.

Refunds

AI Business Buddy is a digital service you use while your subscription is active, so months that have already been used are not refunded.

We give a full refund if you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a technical fault stopped you from receiving your business plan.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

How to ask for a refund

Email aibusinessbuddy.app@gmail.com with your account email address and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days.
